The ISO is the standard of quality assurance sytem. It regards production processes, instead of products or services.

Its aim is to

• cover a worldwide quality;
• achieve the expectations and demands of the partners;
• take part in all activity related to quality;
• ensure quick reaction for changing;
• increase the competitiveness;
• to produve higher satisfaction among clients;
• ensure continuous communication;
• grow the ambition for satisfaction of clients;
• produce perfect product as a result of a perfect process.

     Certain parts of the ISO standards are made obligatory for member states by EU, which are built in the Hungarian law and are operative.
     We are aware of renewing our certificate, to believe in that clients come back, and not the product.
